The Foundation Works will perform a detailed specialty inspection of the foundation system. The foundation inspection can be done independent of or as a follow up to the general visual inspection as performed by LaRocca Inspection Associates, Inc.
We perform a wide range of foundation work, including: house bolting, shear panels, post & pier corrections, crack repair, epoxy injection, framing corrections, replacement of failing foundations, etc. We also offer corrections to sub-standard or antiquated bolting jobs.
